• Each item is made by hand, therefore no two products will ever be alike. Botanicals & Stones used are each unique in their own way, each will grow or form differently to the next & may be a slightly different colour or shape to those pictured. This is the beauty of Nature.

• In the occurrence of damage during transit, please contact us immediately at bloom@lillias.co within 24hours of receiving your order.
